How can I help?

As a specialist lawyer, my principal responsibility is to attest the authenticity of legal documents for use overseas. Far from a cursory checking process, attesting requires me to carry out stringent and detailed investigations - more often than not in the client's presence - to assure myself of a document's authenticity and legal standing. Once confirmed, these documents will then be accepted by legal bodies and organisations in other countries, often without the need for additional checks, although sometimes legalisation is required.

Notarisation

Notarisation involves the certification or validation of documents for use overseas. This could involve confirming your identity, witnessing you sign a legal document or even confirming that the document produced is genuine.

Legalisation & apostille

An experienced legal professional, I can assist with the provision of legalisation and apostille services, supporting a truly diverse range of clients either at home or in the workplace.

Digital notarisation and e-apostille

As with paper notarisation, digital notarisation involves the certification or validation of documents for use overseas. The use of this service is narrower than a paper format and is usually used for confirming that the document produced is genuine.

Modern life can be extremely challenging, with busy schedules and other commitments making it difficult to find time for unforeseen appointments. Where you're struggling to fit things in, I can always visit you at your home or office.
Whilst I've spent more than 20 years working in legal services, over that time I've supported a whole host of sectors and individuals, gaining a level of experience not often found within notary publics. Thanks to this, I bring a uniquely broad perspective to my work.
Whilst some traditional law firms will offer notarial services, I take a slightly different approach to my work, providing a professional, efficient and yet warm service to clients from right across the North West.
Whilst it's not always needed, some countries will require you to have your documents legalised. I can offer this service for a small fee, with any disbursements being charged in addition. You'll be provided with a detailed breakdown of all costs and options, giving you full visibility prior to any works taking place.
Thanks to my digital notarisation and e-apostille services, I'm one of just a handful of notaries in the North West that can certify digital documents.

Areas I cover

The very nature of notarisation means that that notary publics frequently have to be in the presence of an individual in order to confirm their identity and carry out their tasks. As a result, most notaries operate fairly locally, so as not to impose long journey times upon their clients.
